I'll dig deeper, looking at all aspects of the property, including access, permits, utilities, buildability, zoning, etc. I'll also look at comps and sales data, county info, and more, to determine a fair cash offer that is based on research, and specific to your property.

Once we have a deal, I'll send a purchase agreement for you to review and sign. After it's signed, I'll go through my due diligence, keeping you informed at every step. I personally handle the whole process from start to finish to ensure there are no issues.

Now, the best part...We will close with a title company or attorney as quickly as possible. We cover all closing costs, and will even pay back taxes (within reason). Funds will be held in escrow. You pay nothing. You get exactly what shows on the purchase agreement!
